My truck has the code P2006. I will try to find the problem. Can it be a vacuum problem? Has the IRMC vacuum connections? If yes, how much and where is the other side from the tube, means, from where will get the IRMC the vacuum?
Thank you for help in advance!

I had done a dual 16" efan conversion in my 01 f150 5.4 and I guess my relay stopped working on me or something, I haven't checked it out yet. I was sitting in line at a drive through and I guess my fans weren't working and I was just sitting there idling. Next thing I know it starts idling a little rough, I look at the temp gauge and its on hot, then I hear coolant leaking. I pull off and park, pop the hood and the coolant is boiling like crazy, theres a little bit of coolant splattered here an there in the engine bay. The amount that leaked was fairly substantial though. I'm guessing a hose popped off or something. Anyone have any idea which one I need to look for? I'm pissed as possible that this happened and will probably just say **** the relay and just put the fans on a dash-mounted switch. Tomorrow morning I will try to find what needs to be replaced as I'm sure something does because the leak had to come from somewhere. Anyone have any ideas at all?? Thanks ahead of time for any advice!

I know I swore I wouldn't do it based on what they did to the seats.... but, I bit the bullet. It's really grown on me. I drove the truck for a short while and it just grew on me. After getting in a loaded up Lariat, I went back to the KR because of the individuality. I'm still disappointed in the seating surface having owned a 2001 and a 2005 but, the fact of the matter is that the truck is very nice and everything I wanted -- plus, very individualized (even if it's not the leather of yesteryear).

Hi All,

I hope that some of you guys can help me out.

The last few months I am having an issue with my truck.
This is a 2005 F105 Lariat.

Once I hit the throttle many times it feels like the car is stuttering (chugging).
It is really noticeable between 40 and 50 mph.

Hi All,

I hope that some of you guys can help me out.

The last few months I am having an issue with my truck.
This is a 2005 F105 Lariat.

Once I hit the throttle many times it feels like the car is stuttering (chugging).
It is really noticeable between 40 and 50 mph.

Original I took it in because I thought it was the transmittion. The shop told me it was not and they recommended a spark plug change. Did this with all the known issues. (is this true that there is a recall on this?) I did not have my truck for 3 days. Still had that same issue and they told me to change the spark plug coils. Did this last evening and still have the same issue.

The interesting part is when you turn of the overdrive it gets a little better.

Any one an idea what else this could be?

Your help is greatly appriciated.

I have a ECLIPSE AVN 5435 for sale. It comes with a ECLIPSE SIRIUS BRAIN BOX (works through the head unit with Sirius subscription)(comes with IP Bus cable necessary to make it work with the head unit). The unit is Double Din and does NOT require a Sirius subscription.

I've had it for several years and it's worked flawlessly. It'll ship with the necessary cables to get you going quickly. Also, I have the manuals and all paperwork that came with it. It will arrive in the original box.

The last one on ebay that sold went for $250 + $25 to ship. It didn't have a Sirius box or SWI controller (enables you to be able to keep your steering wheel controls). If you're not familiar with installing this stuff, you may want to think about getting someone to put it in for you but, it's really not all that tough with a few splice connectors. The unit will arrive with the install kit for 2005 F-150... it LOOKS STOCK! I loved it but, the stealership wasn't willing to do anything for it to stay in the truck for the next owner.
